July 1911--According to the Coshocton Daily Age, authorities at the Massillon state hospital contacted Coshocton Sheriff McDonald for the purpose of returning patient Harry Kinney.
Originally, Kinney had been arrested for breaking into the Sycamore street school. His lawyers pleaded that Kinney was mentally unsound and Kinney was sent to the mental hospital.
After two months of observation, doctors stated that Kinney had no mental problems and told Coshocton to pick him up. The Age surmised that Kinney's penalty, upon his return, would be severe due to past digressions.
