May 1921--You could call Coshocton auto dealer Warner Lowe by dialing 713 and purchase a Maxwell touring or roadster automobile for a mere $845. For the well heeled Coshoctonian, you could purchase a coupe for $1445 or sedan for $1545.
This sale happened after Walter Chrysler bought out the ailing Maxwell-Briscoe auto company and began converting it into Chrysler.
Later this week, I'll write about Jonathan Dixon Maxwell, the company founder and who's buried in Peru, Indiana, on my mother's blog.
