This holiday reminds of the time I gave my Grandmother an upscale, human edible dog biscuit. I handed her the treat, and thinking she had an odd shaped cookie, she ate the dog biscuit.
I said, "What did it taste like?"
She said, "A Triscuit."
"Hmmm," I said, "well now you can tell everybody you ate a dog biscuit."
"I ate what?" she asked.
"A dog biscuit," I reminded her.
"I ate a dog biscuit! What kind of grandkid gives his Grandma a dog biscuit?"
"Ummm...one who wants a lump of coal in his Christmas stocking?"
I guess that would have been International Dog Biscuit NON-Appreciation Day.
