Homeless Man, Not Named Willard, Wields Rats; Robs Bus

A Bogota homeless man and two rat accomplices robbed a jam packed public bus. The man demanded 10,000 pesos ($4) or he would set his grubby accomplices free to have their way with the passengers.

Women screamed; one fainted. Passengers climbed seats in fear of the rodents. Finally, passengers coughed up the dough.

According to El Tiempo, the rat wielding man shook the rats at the passengers, made a scary face, and jumped off the bus.
