Nuts to you, buddy. I mean walnuts.
A recent BBC story reports that a study published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology says that eating walnuts have more health benefits than olive oil.
Apparently, the study shows that walnuts help prove the elasticity of your blood vessels while reducing vascular inflammation caused by eating high fat foods.
I guess this means Americans should eat walnuts after almost every meal.
Walnut producers everywhere are rejoicing.
