In Minnesota, a tae kwan do instructor, Dave Duea, went head-to-head with a black bear. No, this wasn't an entertainment spectacle ala the Spike Network, but a for-real survival fight.
The bear took a whipping before slinking out of the barn. According to the article, Duea is now 2-0 versus bears. He fought another bear, tae kwan do style, two years ago.
