Liquid Explosives Whip Country Into Frenzy

Now that the country has whipped itself into a frenzy over liquid explosives, we need to step back, take a breath, and ask questions.

Since it's well documented that liquid explosives have long posed a threat, why have passengers been allowed to carry liquids onto flights?

Why did the Bush administration try to take away $6 million dollars for development of explosives detection technology?

Why is air cargo not checked thoroughly?

Why are billions of taxpayer dollars being wasted on less important security measures (like placing security cameras in communities where no threat exists) ?

Who will save us from this insanity?
