Brakeman Killed By High Speed Train

August 1911--Clinton Frew, a 25 year old brakeman on the Pennsylvania line stepped from behind his train at Trinway and stepped directly in the path of the high speed east bound No. 30 train. The brakeman's body was thrown with such force that he struck another brakeman, Charles Hutchins, who was fatally injured.

As there were no witnesses, how the accident occurred is a matter of speculation.

The brakeman's body was brought to a Wolfe's morgue in Coshocton and he was buried here.
