Which Federal Deficit Do You Mean?

The Washington shell game continues.

According to USA Today, the 2005 federal deficit numbers tell an ominous story. Of course, it depends on which set of numbers you read; the PR spin numbers or the actual audited numbers.

With suppposed conservative Republicans in control, spending has spiraled out of control. Don't misread me. I know the Democrats are just as responsible for the financial fiasco. What say you CTCN readers? Have you grown tired financing the political whims of a select few?
