American Craft Beer Week (which was last week) celebrates the fine craft of beer making throughout the country. If you think beer making stops at Budweiser, Miller, or Coors, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise at the vast number of brewpubs and small batch breweries which exist.
You should locate various Ohio brewers and, spend a weekend or twenty, getting to know the Ohio beerscape. Remember, bring a designated driver and drink responsibly.
Once you've finished Ohio, there remain 49 states. Whaddya waitin' for?
I suggest Great Lakes Dortmunder and Elliot Ness brews. Both have a titilating bouquet and travel well.
ReplyDeleteI love it when drunken travel agents write in.
ReplyDeleteOr it could be Hawkeye discussing the character of Radar's Grape Nehi, either way, this is so fun... Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......
ReplyDeleteI love it when a drunk Grape Nehi salesman who's sitting in a hotel room watching MASH writes in...
ReplyDeleteActually, it was two well dressed, slightly toasted Mexican gentlemen.
ReplyDeleteAnd another thing, your beer tastes like piss.
ReplyDeleteWe know.
Because we piss in it!
