May 1912--I'd love to read some old Coshocton law books. Judging by the number of stories I've read, laws must have existed for the detention and arrest of the foul mouthed.
In yet another story, a warrant was sworn out against Stephen Racco charging that Racco had attempted a breach of the peace by calling another gentleman "bad names". What a poopy head.
