Man Killed After Slipping From Rock Train

April 1912--A local man, employed by a gravel pit south of Coshocton, was killed after slipping off a "rock train". The man, who had been employed for eighteen months, was beginning his first day on the rock train. The man's mutilated body was discovered after the engineer saw a severed head lying by the side of the track.
