April 1912--Speaking of soda, the Page & Lorenz drug store installed a new late model soda fountain in their store (front page news, sports fans).

In our era of soda everywhere, it's interesting to see, at one time, soda used to be special; a big deal and something to be savored. A time when you would take a date out for a sit-down soda, and not a convenience store Big Gulp.
