April 1911--Some things never change. Coshocton residents howled about auto's driving after dark, at a high rate of speed...without their lamps lit. There had been a number of near accidents with horse and buggy rigs. Plus, pedestrians feared for their lives as the unlit speed demons whizzed by unseen.
